Four Founding Members of GJ Symphony Return for 35th Season

The Grand Junction Symphony Orchestra will kick off its 35th season this Saturday with four founding members returning for yet another season.

The GJSO presents the Wells Fargo Evening Under the Stars on Saturday,August 25th, at 6:30pm, at Lincoln Park.  In the orchestra you will find four individuals responsible for starting the Symphony three and a half decades ago:  Norm Ashley, violin; Melba Wubben, violin; Bob Denning, viola; and Dr. Paul Wubben, violin.

A total of three musical ensembles will performing during this free concert: the Grand Junction Centennial Band, the Sweet Adelines, followed by the Grand Junction Symphony Orchestra.
