I'm not a parent, but if I saw a man "flashing" children in a park I'd make him wish he didn't get out of bed that morning. But, this is a little different.

Prank or not, a stranger flashing anyone is a bit messed up and can be a nightmare for parents who are standing close enough to see what is happening, but too far away to immediately do something about it.

The flashers are wearing shorts and white t-shirts under their robes that read "Stay in School" and "Don't Do Drugs."

The initial reactions from the parents are that of horror and protection, but when the "flasher" shows what is really under the robe, it's all good- and rather humorous.

In the end though, it's all fun and games until someone takes this "flashing" prank too serious and the "flasher" ends up in the hospital.
