Fire Up the Bike for the Deputy Geer Fundraising Ride

Warmer weather is here, it's time to fire up the bike, and here's the perfect occasion to do it. The Deputy Derek Geer Unity Ride is coming up Saturday, April 9, 2016. What better occasion could there be to get in your first good ride of the season?

Many details are still in the works, but right here, right now, the ride is scheduled for April 9, setting out from Grand Junction Harley Davidson. The ride will make its way to the Mesa County Sheriff's Office, where participants will observe a moment of silence. Riders will then enjoy the after-party at Grand Junction's VFW Post 1247.

All proceeds from the ride, the drawing, and the 50/50, will be donated to the Geer family.
