Where can a job seeker under the age of 21 find work in Grand Junction? This community hosts a number of job fairs throughout the year, but most are not aimed at the younger crowd. Over 40 employers will gather this month to participate in a job fair specifically for those under the age of 21.

You remember the feeling - you're young, have little work history, and haven't necessarily completed your education. Heading out into the workforce was pretty intimidating.

This free event is coming to the Mesa County Workforce Center at 512 29 1/2 Road in Grand Junction on Thursday, March 24, from 9 am to 2pm.

A word to the wise: please come dressed for success. Bring a pen and a backup, a resume' would be awesome, and be ready to interview.

Participate in the mock interview training and resume' building. You can even get your Food Handlers Certification.

Hit the ground running, and participate in this job fair geared for younger crowd. This event is open to all high school students up to the age of 21.
