Most of the communities on the list really don't qualify as cities, but rather as small mountain towns. Some are year-round resort communities, while others are hubs for major breweries.

The website Roadsnacks asks the question, "Is there anything wrong with being called the drunkest city in your state?" Who exactly is Roadsnacks, and what do they know?
