Do You Tip When Picking Up Take-Out

What is standard practice for tipping take-out people? Give us your "tips" here!

My hubby picked up our take-out order from the Asian place on Orchard Mesa yesterday and when I asked him how much he tipped he gave me that "Deer in the Headlights" look .

He didn't tip! Did he screw up?
