Do Your Own Easter Egg Hunt in Grand Junction, and Take It Outside
Easter is this weekend and since we are in Grand Junction, it's important to utilize our surroundings. These are five places to do your own outdoor Easter Egg Hunt in Grand Junction.
Canyon View Park
Canyon View Park is a huge park off of 24 Road. You can get your dogs in on your Easter egg hunt too. There's a dog park here at Canyon View Park, a couple ponds, playgrounds, fields and lots and lots of space. The more space you take up means your kiddos will have to look even harder.
Riverbend Park
This is by far one of my favorite places around Grand Junction. I love fishing both lakes and walking along the River. There's plenty of space for an Easter egg hunt here at Riverbend Park in Palisade. You could have a picnic, play on the playground or fish after your Easter egg hunt.
Sherwood Park
Sherwood Park is literally across the street from the radio station and I love it. There's always a few people enjoying the park by walking around, sitting on a bench or playing a game on the grass. Sherwood Park is a great place for an outdoor Easter egg hunt.
Long Family Memorial Park
Long Family Memorial Park near 31 Road is huge and has a small pond. There is plenty of space to your outdoor Easter Egg hunt and so much more too. Enjoy some soccer, basketball and some skateboarding too. Plenty of space at this park means plenty of space to wear your little ones out.
