Country Star Shares Touching 9/11 Pledge of Allegiance Tribute
For years Neal McCoy has invited the public to join him every morning for the Pledge of Allegiance. This morning, Friday, September 11, 2020, he shared a touching live video stream of the Pledge and a remembrance of 9/11.
To date, Country music star Neal McCoy has streamed live footage of his recital of the Pledge of Allegiance a total of 1,709 times. That's 1,709 consecutive mornings where the public was invited to join him via a live stream on Facebook.
This morning Neal took the opportunity to share a few thoughts regarding the current state of affairs in the United States. He also shared a moment of silence in honor of September 11.
Try to join Neal McCoy for the Pledge of Allegiance each morning. He's been reciting it on Facebook every single morning for 1,709 days straight. Who knows how long he did the Pledge before he started the Facebook streams. For all I know, he's recited the Pledge every day of his life.
As you are probably aware, Neal McCoy is a good friend of Western Colorado and this station. We used to host him in concert back at The Rose in the early and mid-1990s. Since then he's played Country Jam more times than I can recall. More recently, he's played Pork and Hops a few times, too.
Joining Neal for the Pledge of Allegiance each morning really is an excellent investment of your time. You'll feel great, and your day will get off to the proper start.
Please check out the video below. Neal is a great guy, and it shows in this video. He's a sincere, very authentic Country artist, and his loyalty to his fans is unmatched. I hope you enjoy the video.
