The numbers have been tallied, and the 2016 donation drive for the Community Food Bank of Grand Junction was the most successful ever.

Townsquare Media just wrapped up it's annual food donation drive with proceeds going to the Community Food Bank of Grand Junction. Once again, Carville's Automart joined with the radio stations to match donations.

Tuesday afternoon, December 20th, members from the Community Food Bank of Grand Junction's board of directors met with management and staff at Carville's Automart to hear the totals for this year's food drive.

Board members Biff Messinger and Darcy Johnson were on hand to make the announcement. The owners at Carville's Automart arrived to present another $1,000 check, matching penny for penny a $1,000 contribution made by an anonymous party.

In the video below, board member Biff Messinger provides totals for this year's drive.

Thank you to everyone who donated at our four stops across the valley. With your support, families across Western Colorado will have food on the table during difficult times.
