Colorado’s National Guard Won’t Enforce Transgender Ban
Colorado will join New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon and Washington state in defying the Presidents order of not allowing transgender people to join the military which includes the National Guard. As of now people who are already in the National Guard or who are wanting to sign up who are transgender these states will continue to support them.
The National Guard units in these states will allow person's who are transgender to join up to serve.
Do you think a person should be denied the right to serve their country because of gender identity? If a man decides he wants to be a woman and wants to join the military or if a woman decides she wants to be a man should they be denied the right to serve in the military or National Guard?
