Colorado Recall of Nature Valley Bars

Four flavors of Nature Valley Protein Chewy Bars and Nature Valley Simple Nut Bars are being recalled for the possible presence of Listeria.

• Protein Chewy Bar Honey, Peanut & Almond with Pumpkin Seeds
• Protein Chewy Bar Peanut, Almond & Dark Chocolate
• Simple Nut Bar Almond, Cashew & Sea Salt
• Simple Nut Bar Roasted Peanut & Honey 

Nature Valley suggests throwing out any of these four flavored bars, regardless of the date on the package.

This recall is due to the sunflower kernel supplier SunOpta's national recall for their product. Other General Mill and Nature Valley products are not affected by the recall.
