It's part of Title 18 covering criminal procedures and crimes. Accidentally parking in front of a mailbox is one thing, but repeatedly preventing the delivery of someone's mail by obstructing a mailbox can result in a fine under this portion of the U.S. Code, and up to six months of jail time.
