Colorado Mesa University Football Team 2016

The regular season doesn't start until September, but The CMU Mavericks Football team is all business already. 

National Signing Day was February 3. That's when colleges all across the country get their most sought after high school football recruits to 'sign' on to play at their respective colleges. CMU is no different.

The Colorado Mesa University Mavericks finishes a successful 2015 season at 9-2. With this strong, local recruiting class of 2016, Coach Russ Martin is looking to be even better in 2016. Here's a look at some of the players, including Jason Holman from Grand Junction Central High.

This is the 2016 Colorado Mesa University Mavericks football team roster. First home game is September 10 against Chadron State at Stocker Stadium.
