The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) announced on Monday their weekly award winners for college men’s soccer, and for the second time this season, a Colorado Mesa University player has been selected as Defensive Player of the Week.

Colorado Mesa senior defender Stan Schrock was selected for the honor. Schrock is considered a big asset for the Mavericks this past weekend in the team’s wins over #12 Metro State and Colorado Christian.

The first CMU player to earn Defensive Player of the Week was junior defender Blake Carlson in the season’s first week.

CMU’s next game is scheduled for this Friday when the Mavericks take on Regis University at Walker Field in Grand Junction.
