The state of Colorado ranks two cities near the top. But, what is it for this time?

Men's Journal unveils their 'Best Places To Live' article. Unfortunately, no western slope cities or towns were mentioned. They probably never even made it this far.

Well, they did make it as far as Fort Collins and Boulder. 

To back up Men's Fitness' claim, ZipRecruiter recently named Fort Collins as their number four on the list of up and coming tech cities.
