Does the $45 deal apply to all parking tickets? It does not. The city says amnesty applies to eligible overdue tickets that have reached the maximum late fee. If you have several unpaid tickets, you should pay attention, as your ride is eligible for booting after three unpaid parking tickets within 2 years, and the third has remained unpaid for 30 days past the late fee. See how confusing that is? Maybe pay the ticket.
