Hilltop signs have transformed the property into a service hub for thousands of Western Colorado residents each year. Keep scrolling to learn more about this impressive transformation and how Hilltop is providing life-changing connections in a space once built for financial transactions.

The Wells Fargo building with the silver buffalo has been one of Grand Junction’s most recognizable properties for decades. Its location, at the heart of Main Street, seems like a great place for a bank. Now, the building will take on a renewed civic purpose. KKCO estimates nearly 18,000 people (not necessarily residents) across Mesa County receive services from Hilltop.
This includes everything from child and family services to housing and disability resources. Many in the downtown community feel the reuse of historic buildings is key to revitalization, and hope the project will add long-term stability to a popular corner.
Centralizing Services Under One Roof
The move seems like a dream come true for Hilltop as they streamline services and reduce barriers for clients who will enjoy a centralized design that makes it much easier to access multiple programs in one visit. Most of the programs previously located at the main resource center at 11th Street and Colorado Avenue have moved into the Wells Fargo building. Corporate offices and IT have joined them.
