Colorado Brewer Stops Beer Production to Help Texans
Texans needing a six pack that's safe to drink are getting just that thanks to Colorado's Oskar Blues Brewery and their CAN'd Aid Foundation.
The brewery in Longmont stopped making beer today (August 29) and started canning drinking water, 88,000 cans to be exact.
Those cans will be delivered to residents in Houston, many who've lost everything to the hurricane and tropical storm, Harvey.

Other brewers including Anheuser Busch who produced 155,000 cans and Miller Coors 50,000 cans of drinking water have joined the effort.
