Clear Creek County Shutting Down Roads to Non-Residents
In an effort to curtail outdoor activity, Clear Creek County has imposed extra measures to ensure that the residents of the county are safe. Clear Creek County has decided to shut down all county roads to non-residents according to the Denver Channel.
The measure goes into effect on Saturday at 12:01 a.m. and only pertains to county roads. U.S. Highway 6, Interstate 25, and city streets will not fall into the closure category. The closure of the roads is in precaution to the COVID-19 pandemic. Deputies would be giving warnings the first week and after, possibly escalating to enforcement if deemed necessary.
