Help Your Children Pursue Strong Character and Academic Excellence at Caprock Academy

Caprock Academy is a little different from other schools.

As a tuition-free, K-12 public charter school, Caprock Academy builds its curriculum on a classical model that "develops the skills to think critically, reason effectively, and communicate clearly and persuasively." School leaders pair that commitment to academic excellence with character education that encourages students to both recognize what's right and then do what's right.

"Through character education, students learn how to be the best citizens they can be and how to do their best work while making school a place where students and educators feel comfortable and able to work," according to Caprock Academy's website.

Caprock Academy recently earned the prestigious College Success Award from GreatSchools and was named a 2022 Distinction School for excellence in academic, financial, and organizational performance by the Colorado Charter School Institute.

Now leaders are gearing up for another enrollment season. There's no enrollment test for admission, and the school operates on a first-come, first-served basis starting Monday, Feb. 6.
