The 10 Biggest Hollywood Flops Filmed In Colorado. Is it our fault?

It seems to me that someone has way too much time on their hands to research and come up with the 'Biggest Movie Flops Filmed in Colorado.' By the way, Grand Junction makes the list.

Not sure why these movies didn't quite make box office history. It couldn't have been from the background scenery. The entire state of Colorado is so beautiful and majestic, the cameras must love it!

But unfortunately, no matter what the backdrop is some movies will always fail. Even with the star power of most of these films, including the likes of Tim Robbins, Samuel L. Jackson, Morgan Freeman, Sly Stallone, Robert DeNiro and the list goes on and on. However in my mind not all these movies are failures. Three of them are right up there in my all time favorites:

• The Fan with Wesley Snipes and Robert DeNiro. It's a baseball movie, but it's definitely not about baseball!
• Over The Top starring Sly Stallone as Lincoln Hawk, truck driver by day, arm wrestler at night.
• Flashback combining the talents of Keifer Sutherland and Dennis Hopper. Sort of a hippie/rebel movie with a great twist towards the end.

Last but certainly not least, the movie  'The Lucky Ones' was partially filmed here in Grand Junction back in 2008.
