Best Excuses to Get Out of Jury Duty

I am NOT condoning avoiding your civic duty but, lets face it, jury duty is a drag. For fun I thought I'd ask what some of the BEST excuses are to get out of jury duty, and I got some pretty funny ideas and ticked some people off . . .

The other day, I overheard a couple of guys talking about how to get out of jury duty and one of em said, "Just make sure you start every answer with 'According to the prophecy' and they'll think your nuts!"

Now don't get me wrong I agree with my friend who says,

But you have to admit the guy had a pretty good idea, and it made me laugh!

I told a judge once that I didn't think I could be unbiased because I worked for a radio station and knew all about the case . . . he didn't care.

So I asked my friends what other excuses they thought would work.
