I had a chance to go out this weekend at a country bar here in town. This place, for whatever reason, has a strict dress code. The reason they have a dress code is because of all the gangs in Grand Junction. Wait!?

A group of my friends and I went out to a country bar in Clifton. This bar told me at the door that wearing a beanie was "Gang Related" and that I had to take it off. They do realize that we are in Colorado right? Beanies are worn by hunters, snowboarders, skiers and just about everyone who lives here. Including all the gang members in Grand Junction.

I guess I didn't realize how big of a gang problem we had here. I mean if a country bar is that worried about a bunch of gangsters coming in to their club wearing beanies and starting trouble, shouldn't we all be worried?

So I found out this weekend how gangster I really am. I wear beanies all the time. I'm as gangster as they get. Also, you can't wear in all white button up shirt because that is gang related too. So any of you business men out there in a white button up shirt, watch your back on the streets cause you might get capped by the other gang members wearing black button up shirts.

I know it sound ridiculous and that's why I had to express how ridiculous this bar is for calling people wearing beanies and button ups gangsters.
