American Pickers Coming to Colorado — Do You Have the Goods?
Mike and Frank from the History Channel's American Pickers are setting a course for Colorado this July. Do you have the goods to draw them to Western Colorado?
Is it possible you have the collection of their dreams lingering around your home? Grand Junction, Montrose, and Fruita are just as likely as anywhere else to have the deals these treasure hunters desire.
Keep in mind, the hosts of the show are looking for more than just merchandise. They are looking for STORIES. We certainly have a few of those in Western Colorado.
Would you like to be on the show? First, you have to get in contact with them. You can email them directly at AmericanPickers@Cineflix.com. Even in this day and age, the good ol' telephone still works like a charm. Call them at 1-800-OLD-RUST.
Neither of those suit your fancy? You can reach them on Facebook at @GotAPick. Be sure to include your name, phone number, and a description of your stuff and where it is located.
Keep in mind, these two gentlemen aren't searching for antique stores. They're on a quest for old forgotten relics. They search junkyards, storage units, and filthy old basements.
One last thing... this does have to be a private collection. No retailers, please.
Wouldn't it be great to see Western Colorado on the show? The area has been visited by several such programs over the last few years. Step up to the plate and persuade Mike and Frank to bring the show to Western Colorado.
