According to the BBC a 99 year old veteran passed away without any close friends or family, but hundreds are now expected at his service because of a message on Twitter!

Harold Percival, a British World War Two veteran, passed peacefully in his sleep last month, but didn't leave behind any family or friends to remember him.

So the funeral home wrote in his obituary that ANY & ALL veterans and military personnel would be welcome at the service.

And as happens with these things sometimes, it went VIRAL!

A soldier posted the obituary on Twitter, and it was re-tweeted 4,000 times!

Now HUNDREDS of people are expected at Harold's funeral this morning!
