15 Workers Fired for Doing the ‘Harlem Shake’

According to the AP mine workers who were part of an overnight crew were fired after they made their own "Harlem Shake" video!

A spokesperson for the mining company that employed these men said,

Underground mining has strict safety standards as there are accidents and fatalities. The Barminco management saw this as a breach of standards.

Apparently the men filmed their video IN the underground mine and posted it online where a representative for the company saw it.

At least in my day, doing the Margarina didn't get you canned!
