Would You Go 10 Years Forward or Backward In Life? [POLL]

You are given a choice of two pills, one to go 10 years forward in life, the other takes you 10 years backward. You must choose one of them, so which way would you go?

This is a question I have seen and it has gotten some interesting results. You are given the chance to take a red pill and go back in time ten years OR take a blue pill and go forward in life ten years. You must choose one. What would you do?

I would go back in time, because 9 1/2 years ago I took a fall that caused a severe injury to my spine and hips and I would have the chance to stop myself from falling and life would be greatly different. Not necessarily better, but different, and less painful.
