It's not a neighborhood, it's a community.

On the front page of their website, the development from The Water Valley Company encourages you to "live life like a vacation", and it's true: a community like RainDance in Windsor is such a cool idea, and a great way to live.

RainDance is located right between Loveland, Greeley, and downtown Fort Collins. In the community, you'll find fishing, walking and biking trails, a restaurant, a lounge, a garden, cherry and plum trees, several different home styles, the super-cool pool/slide/river area dubbed a "River Resort", and the list goes on and on. This is exactly what sets this type of living apart from everywhere else.

Turns out what RainDance is offering the Northern Colorado community is quite rare and very much desired. They just made the list of "The Top 10 Selling Communities in the Nation".

The official press release provided by The Water Valley Company shared the details:

Windsor’s thriving RainDance master-planned community is one of the top 10 selling communities in the nation, according to the RCLCO Real Estate Consulting list of the 50 Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities for Mid-Year 2021.

The RainDance community is officially tied for 9th place and is the only community in Colorado to make the top 50 list. In the release it's noted that RainDance sold 466 units during the first half of 2021: WOW.

Martin Lind, CEO of The Water Valley Company said,

This report confirms and affirms our confidence in RainDance. RainDance is the premiere master-planned community where families thrive, activities abound, and the ordinary homeowner is showered with an extraordinary lifestyle. No wonder we are number one in Colorado and among the top 10 in the nation.

Overall, this thriving community is only going to continue to grow and prosper, and remain a valued part of Northern Colorado.
