To be perfectly blunt, I'm undecided on the entire matter. I was born in Grand Junction and have seen many things change over the last five decades. Mesa Junior College became Mesa College, then Mesa State, then Colorado Mesa University. If you, however, are not in favor of the North Avenue name change, then make your voice heard and sign the petition.
