What Punishment Should Be Given To Dude Who Hit Dustin Lynch With A Beer Can? [POLL]

Police have apprehended the suspect who they believe nailed Country star Dustin Lynch with a beer can at a concert in Niceville, Florida. At this time, Lynch is not certain he plans to press charges. If it were up to you, what would you do to punish the dude responsible for the "beer-pelting"?

It seems Niceville, Florida, isn't so nice. There was Dustin Lynch, just minding his own business. Suddenly, out of nowhere, right in the middle of a song, Lynch was hit in the face with a full can of beer. This is unacceptable for two reasons:

1. You don't throw things at performers

2. That's a complete waste of beer. A Coors Light, no less.

Dustin Lynch has decided to wimp out and not press charges. He says it would be a waste of his time.
