What Is Your Family Tradition?

What is your tradition that you do every year? Many families go an cut a Christmas Tree the day after Thanksgiving. Some families go on a vacation to a particular place every year like Mexico. Some of my friends head to Cancun every January and bask in the sun for two weeks.

I have a friend that buys pajamas for her entire family, and on Christmas Eve everyone wears them and opens presents. I have another friend who hangs stockings on their fireplace Christmas Eve, then when the kids wake up the stockings are filled with fruit and candy.
Do you have a tradition that you are your family do every year? Maybe it's wrapping presents together, baking cookies, Gingerbread house competition. Let me know what your favorite family tradition is.
