Western Colorado’s ‘Sunset Cowboy’ Rides Away with Farewell Concert

The Sunset Cowboy will entertain Country Music fans one more time this Wednesday before he rides North, or kind of North East, to a new frontier.

"J.P. The Sunset Cowboy," or as his elementary P.E. students call him, Mr. Peters, has been entertaining music lovers for the last few years at several Western Colorado venues. You've seen him perform at Major Mortgage Country Jam, Whiskey River, The Ale House, Bailey's Lounge, Cruiser's, and at many other events and locations.

As you've no doubt noticed, Sunset Cowboy is Country to the bone... George Strait, Chris LeDoux, Garth Brooks. He logged some serious time in the great state of Wyoming, so it comes as no surprise he is a true country boy.

Sunset Cowboy rapidly became a favorite with the KEKB and Major Mortgage Country Jam crowds. You've seen him on the JumboTron screen with a tune he wrote about the Jam.

Don't let Sunset Cowboy ride away without catching his last Western Colorado show this Wednesday night from 5 to 8 at Bailey's Lounge at the Grand Vista Hotel.
