Western Colorado’s Live Music for the Weekend January 29-31 [LIST]
The weekend of January 29 - 31 might just be one of the best weekends for live music on record. The Grand Valley and surrounding areas have tons of music coming their way, compliments of some of the best bands in the region. Here's the rundown:
Whatever your tastes may be, you'll find something to enjoy this weekend. Looking to do a pre-St. Patrick's Day celebration? The Western Slope Concert Series has both Grand Junction and Montrose covered. Looking for Country music. You have option-o-plenty.
You can find Shea Bramer most any Friday night at the Double Tree Hotel on Horizon Drive. Wait a minute! By that we mean you can find him performing music. Make your way to the lounge on the ground floor. No cover!
Huey, Dewey, and Louie have been performing throughout Western Colorado since the '70s. Following their stint in Seattle, followed by their national tour, they made their way back to the valley. Swing by Charlie Dwellington's on West Main.
Rock N' Swing returns to the Moose Lodge on 25 1/2 Road in Grand Junction, with an evening of great standards and dance music.
Rockin' Mahogany is Scotty Waters along with the Goodman Band. Make your way downtown this Friday night for great Rock and Blues. Hit Gerry up for some Johnny Cash... he'll love your forever.
Western Colorado favorites Lever Action are back at Club Fresh. If you love Country, Southern Rock, and a patriotic tune from time to time, you'll love Lever Action.

The Goodman Band will be playing Stix Bar just off of North Avenue, behind Auto Zone. This venue has been around forever. It's open again, and one of the best bands out there will be playing this Saturday. Hit Gerry up for Rock, Blues, and most definitely some Johnny Cash.
