Grand Junction's Desert Flyer Band has been performing around Western Colorado for 20 years, but their name and image is starting to make its way around the globe.

For our purposes here, "sightings" refers to appearances of the band's t-shirts worn by their groupies. This week, there was a Desert Flyer Band sighting in Jamaica.

Last year, the mighty Desert Flyer Band was spotted in Ghana, Africa.

Shortly before that, there was a sighting in Boston.

Two years ago, the Desert Flyer Band was spotted at Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria, Germany.
