Many people in the Grand Valley are not aware of the great continuing education classes that are offered at Western Colorado Community College, now a part of Colorado Mesa University. WCCC is hosting an Open House on Thursday, February 23rd from 4:30-7:00 p.m. at the campus at 2508 Blichmann Avenue just off 25 Road in Grand Junction.

This Open House will introduce you to the new Viticulture and Enology,
Water Quality Management, Aviation, Construction Electrician, Visual
Communications, Technology Integration and CEC, Culinary Arts, and Applied Business
Programs. There will be advisors and students to answer questions and
talk about the different career paths that are available for each program,
and to answer any other questions you may have regarding enrolling or registering for classes.

WCCC is a great place to learn a new vocation if you want to change your career path. The Mesa County Workforce Center will also be on hand with a few employers that are looking for people with skills you can learn at WCCC. This is a one-stop place for anyone looking to change to a new job or just simply learn a new skill or hobby. Find out more at the WCCC website or the Mesa County Workforce Center website.
