My high school career comes complete with memories of cheerleaders biffing it head first and falling on their butts while attempting some fairly basic maneuvers. With that in mind, it is simply astounding to see someone execute what first appears to be a physically impossible stunt. Check out this one-armed rewind.

Not only does the cheerleader deserve praise for carrying out this remarkable stunt, but kudos to the guy who is strong enough to throw her and hold her with one arm.
