The world finds itself in need of humor and science more-so than ever, so is Bill Nye up to the task? We’ll find out, now Netflix sets an April premiere for talk show Bill Nye Saves the World, along with a trailer featuring some famous guests.

Now set to bow on April 21, the series will “tackle a topic from a scientific point of view, dispelling myths, and refuting anti-scientific claims that may be espoused by politicians, religious leaders or titans of industry … In Bill’s unfiltered style, he will bring in special guests, conduct experiments and demonstrations, and ultimately let the facts lead the argument.”

In addition to the trailer above, take a look at the poster:

Nye’s crew of correspondents include MIT-trained engineer Emily Calandrelli, comedians Joanna Hausmann and Nazeem Hussain, model Karlie Kloss, science communicator and Veritasium creator Derek Muller. As revealed in the trailer, guests include Scrubs stars Zach Braff and Donald Faison (not necessarily together), Crazy Ex-Girlfriend star Rachel Bloom, Diamond Stone, Tim Gunn, Wil Wheaton, Joel McHale, Steve Aoki and more.

Bill Nye Saves the World will mark Netflix’s second talk show behind Chelsea Handler’s Chelsea, so stay tuned for more before April 21.
