Unique Grand Junction Foods

Unique foods can be scary to try but often turn into a new favorite. The Red Ramen Burger was no exception.

A ramen noodle bun, with teriyaki sauce, Chiu chow aioli, chili cabbage, carrots, onions and a burger inside. That is a creative combination of foods that I am convinced was invented by a college student.

The bun is cooked ramen and doesn't fall apart when you bite into it like you would think. What holds it together? No idea. Sometimes it's better not to question and just enjoy the food. This unique combination for this burger made me wonder, what other places in Grand Junction serve something fun and different?
