Try Tough Tongue Twisters for National Tongue Twister Day
Today is National Tongue Twister Day. Being a Radio DJ means we have to deal with tongue twisters all the time. Hell, I do a few before I go on air every morning--like 'Unique New York'. Try some of my favorites and add some of yours.
Here are some of the most common Tongue twisters:
Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers.
A peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked.
If Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers,
Where's the peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked?
A big black bug bit a big black dog on his big black nose!
I saw Susie sitting in a shoe shine shop.
Where she sits she shines, and where she shines she sits.
How can a clam cram in a clean cream can?
Send toast to ten tense stout saints' ten tall tents.
Six sick hicks nick six slick bricks with picks and sticks.
Picky people pick Peter Pan Peanut-Butter, 'tis the peanut-butter picky people pick.
