Not that I use the United States Postal Service very often, but after this experience I'm having with them, I now completely understand why it's often called "mnail mail". My package is being used as a ping pong ball between Denver and Phoenix.

I ordered an item online March 25, 2014 and it was shipped March 28, 2014. The package itself is just a small box and weighs under a pound. I've ordered from this company before so I knew what to expect. I received the shipping confirmation on March 28th saying the estimated delivery date would be Monday March 31, 2014.

Here it is April 9, 2014.  A full 10 days, and eight business days later. I can understand a few days late, but this is ridiculous. I did track the shipping starting last week and noticed my package was being bounced between Phoenix and Denver and back again. Not once, not twice, but five times. Currently it's in Phoenix. Again.

Thinking this is a bit ridiculous and needing that package, I finally call USPS.

After jumping through automated phone answering service hell and 18 minutes later, I finally got a customer service representative. She was very empathetic and apologized and agreed there was a major problem. She gave me a case number and told me someone would be contacting me within 24 hours. But nobody called me back.

So I called again. And had pretty much the same phone experience as before and was told the same thing. Still nobody has contacted me from the USPS. And I still haven't received that package.

So I guess i'll wait and keep trying. This is truly a snail mail story.
