The Great "Over Vs Under" toilet paper debate has been solved by the inventor of toilet paper himself. his name is not Procter or Gamble or even Mr Wipple, but a man named Seth Wheeler.

For years people have debated the proper orientation of a roll of paper on the holder. I am an "over' and it is a serious obsessive-compulsive issue for me. I will change a roll that is wrong if I come across it. In homes, businesses and even porta-potties, I will correct this atrocity until all rolls are properly installed!.

The inventor of perforated toilet paper, Seth Wheeler, illustrated his new and futuristic creation with the paper going up and over the roll.
