Are you in the mood for live music? Do you want to catch a few Colorado shows before winter really sets in? Several fantastic shows will roll through the state in November. Here are ten you might want to catch.
Festival season is over, and the big outdoor concerts are on hiatus. That is not necessarily bad news, though. How about enjoying shows in a more intimate setting at some of Colorado's best rooms?
There's something to be said about enjoying a few indie groups. Then again, seeing a Country legend in a smaller hall is awesome, too. Here are ten Colorado shows for your consideration.

Gothic Theatre - Denver on November 8Victor Wooten is a stud. Most of the best bass players in the world consider him to be the BEST bass player in the world. I had a chance to hang out with him for a week at his ranch outside of Nashville. Super cool guy, and monster musician.

Globe Hall - Denver on November 17Grand Junction loves this act. The Globe Hall in Denver is very cool. Put them together, and you have an incredible show.

Stanley Hotel - Fort Collins on November 10 and 11Mary Chapin Carpenter is a good friend of audiences in Western Colorado. She'll be in the state before long. Make the trip to see her.

Belly Up - Aspen on November 17The White Buffalo is the professional moniker and stage name of American musician and singer/songwriter Jake Smith. He's all over Colorado, with this being his closest show to the Western Slope.

Lost Lake Lounge - Golden on November 9Front Country is "An acoustic band born in the land of tech innovation." They are on a never-ending tour taking them across Colorado in November, and through the mid-west and into the New England area in December.

Elephant Revival
Lincoln Center - Fort Collins on November 25According to their official website, "The six souls in Elephant Revival are Bonnie Paine (washboard, djembe, musical saw, stompbox); Bridget Law (fiddle, octave fiddle); Charlie Rose (banjo, pedal steel, guitar, horns, cello, double bass); Dango Rose (double bass, mandolin, banjo); Daniel Rodriguez (guitar, banjo, double bass); Darren Garvey (percussionist)." During the early part of November they will be touring the upper east coast. Later in the month, they'll make their way to Colorado for several dates.
