Today's the day to vote and let your voice be heard! I take pride in voting- even in the smaller elections. We want to know who you think will best represent Colorado and Western Colorado on a local and national level.

You might not know it from watching TV, but Americans also went to the polls on Tuesday to cast their votes on a myriad of issues not involving a certain residence on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington. And some of those issues were a bit strange.

Aaaaaaand the drama begins. This video footage was taken by a man trying to cast a vote for Barack Obama in Pennsylvania (an important swing state). We say "trying" because the machine doesn't make it particularly possible to actually vote for Obama -- every time the man tries, his vote is cast for Romney.

Election Day is here, and Tim McGraw wants to ensure that all able Americans exercise one of their most important rights -- the right to vote.

As of now, 17 states have laws requiring voters to present photo ID before voting. Some have suggested these regulations may act to disenfranchise poor and minority voters, who could be less likely to have such identification. Last month a judge in Pennsylvania blocked the state from enforcing its voter ID laws in the 2012 election.
