Mesa County is looking at adding an e-cigarette tax similar to what just happened in Aspen, Colorado.

This decision has been made in hopes that education about the substances, knowledge about alternative ways to deal with stress, and support from the school staff will deter students from using vape pens and e-cigarettes.

So I had a little get together over the weekend and we were all on our front porch my nieces and Nephews were there and almost everyone took out an e-cigarette.

The Colorado Department of Health and Environment believe they have confirmed the very first case of vaping lung illness in the state. Other possible cases of lung illness have been reported in other states. So far  California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, and Wisconsin have reported

Just how safe IS vaping?

The US Food and Drug Administration is saying there could be a link between vaping and seizures.

You won't be able to Vape at Public Places according to the new bill which goes into effect on July 1st. If you do vape you will have to stand at least 25 feet away from public entrances.  Colorado lawmakers hope this will curb the appeal that young people have toward using electronic cigarettes and vaping...

For those who prefer to vape rather than smoke, doing so in public could become a bit more difficult.
