It's a fair question. Christmas has the market cornered on lights, but what about Halloween? Where are the neighborhoods all lit up for the most fun holiday of the year?
Halloween is right around the corner and I have found a few places in Colorado that are creepy as heck. Places where lights flicker, chairs move and spooky stuff abounds.
When we see something frightening headed towards us, one of the most obvious involuntary actions is to pull a stupid face. But why are all of these people so scared?
