Even though the upcoming third ‘Captain America’ movie is based on Marvel’s ‘Civil War’ mini-series, where the heroes of the Marvel Universe faced off with one another in a battle over their right to privacy, the ‘Civil War’ film still needs a villain for Chris Evans’ Cap and Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man (and new addition Black Panther, played by Chadwick Boseman) to face off with as well. Although they didn’t reveal the identity of his character, Deadline reports that Daniel Bruhl will play the guy to pester the feuding Avengers.

First, the good news: Robert Downey, Jr. has agreed to star in 'Iron Man 4' for Marvel! Considering everything he has been saying over the past year or so - essentially that he can't imagine an 'Iron Man 4' ever happening - that's a major step in the right direction and a huge win for Marvel Studios. But...Downey's agreement has come with one rather large condition. That his old friend, and current member of the Hollywood blacklist, Mel Gibson be allowed to direct.

We've grown used to seeing Robert Downey Jr. in the Iron Man suit over the past couple years, and it's been a while since he's done any serious dramatic acting, so can the once and future Tony Stark win an Oscar? Perhaps he'll finally get the golden statue for 'The Judge,' as it seems he's chasing one going by the film's first trailer.

We'd probably be upset too, if somebody told us we were going to meet Iron Man, and we actually met Robert Downey, Jr. in a polo shirt ... if we were 18 months old, which is why this kid is crying.

As we wait to find out if Robert Downey Jr. will return for 'Iron Man 4,' it seems the actor will reunite with his 'Iron Man' and 'Iron Man 2' director Jon Favreau for the upcoming comedy 'Chef.'
