Miguel Ramirez Valiente is accused of careless driving with a revoked license after crashing his car into a Colorado Springs father of five.

A 53-year-old New Mexico mother is on allegedly on the run after Colorado authorities started investigating her for abusing her child and animals.

Apparently the toy/performance helicopter boomeranged and sliced off the top of his head!
