Grand Junction Police Officers were dispatched to Community Hospital Tuesday afternoon following reports of a suicidal man at the hospital.

The 140,000 square feet new building comes with a morgue, a baby and delivery unit that Community Hospital didn't have before, an expanded emergency room to eliminate wait, spacious rooms,

Community Hospital has set March 17 as moving day and the first day of operation at the new facility on G Road.

It is not often you get to explore a morgue, or see what a surgical room looks like because you are already sedated by the time you reach that room.
