Super Bowl Halftime Show

Bruno Mars asked to play the Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show. It was just two years ago that Mars took that stage at Metlife Stadium at the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Maybe the NFL has run out of ideas.

Not to say that Mars' performance was terrible (think Black Eyed Peas in 2011), in fact it was one of the more entertaining half times to come along in quite a while.

But, it may be too soon to recycle Bruno.

What the NFL needs is a little 'Countryfied' Super Bowl Halftime Show. There are some great Country shows out there right now.

Brad Paisley.

Keith Urban.

Florida Georgia Line.

Heck, she sings the theme song for Sunday Night Football already, Carrie Underwood.
