As someone in their mid-20s who is still renting their college house, I usually scoff at the idea of a "dream" home. I'm not saying that I wouldn't buy one if I had the money, but at this point in my life, they do seem...unreasonable to say the least.

However, there is a house for sale in Brighton that might be changing my outlook on real estate. Not financially, as I haven't won the lottery, but I will say I am surprised that this home is only going for $1.5 million — it's that awesome.

According to Zillow, the residence boasts five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, a four-car garage, a gourmet kitchen, an office, a workout room, a firepit, a heated outdoor pool, and a large owner's retreat (whatever that means).

*cue my best Billy Mays impression*  But that's not all. The house also comes with a shuffleboard table, a wine cellar, a theatre, two bars, two televisions, a walk-in closet, an electric awning, a dog run, and a dog shower.

Surprisingly, I haven't gotten to the home's best feature yet: the views. I don't know if the photographer just chose a great night to take pictures or if they are a wizard with filters, but you can see Colorado's gorgeous sunsets from nearly every room in this house.

Does anybody want to donate $1.5 million to me? Just kidding. But if you do have the cash, then you could be living in luxury at 12959 Verbena Ct. in Brighton.
